National Vision Center

Went here due to price for out-of-pocket exams. While the staff was the basic cordial as required of them, the services, attitude, appearance of the office was worse than any other eye exam experience I've had (glasses wearer for 22 years). Any Lens Crafters or America's Best is better than here. Felt like we were in the discount budget DMV-style eye exam office. Additionally, they won't provide PD to be able to purchase glasses online. Glasses at their shop were overpriced compared to the exact same frame online. Never going there for another eye exam. The service and getting the PD measurement is worth another $20 for an exam at other places. Do not recommend.

Very friendly staff at the desk, very helpful and moving as quickly as they could, brought outside prescription and got it processed quickly. Overall a really good experience, the workers explained things well. The prices were reasonable. Definitely would go again.

I went in today to get my glasses tightened, I wear them all the time to see. A gentleman helped me who was very polite, but returned my GB glasses back to me with the lenses cracked, this isn't the first time this has happened but this time it really is bothering my vision I told them right away. The receptionist Nancy was extremely rude saying that's how they were, but I was literally wearing them before I handed them over and they did not bother my vision at all, nor were there that many cracks before. Despite her rudeness I asked her to look up my info to see about getting a new pair and she continues with an attitude for no reason, this company needs to get rid of people who don't know how to be in customer service.

fantastic doctor been seeing him for years. staff is very helpful. treat them with some respect and they dump it right back on you. love those guys.

If you ever have to go get your eye checked out I recommend coming here everyone here is so friendly and very caring they also treat their customers with respect and know how to run a business Kayla the store manager is a sweetheart she is very caring of everyone that walks in and makes sure to treat her customers with respect same goes to robin the assistant manager she also treats her customers with respect and the doctor that they have at their place is amazing he know how to do his job and when you walk in you can see that he is Passionate about his job, also when you walk in you are greeted by a young lady named Jaz who talks to you about what is going to happen and she dose it with a very positive attitude Zayra another young lady who works there is also very kind and respectful to the customers that walk in and out she helped me check out when I bought my glasses also Sam another young lady who works there she is also nice respectful and helpful she helped me find the glasses that best looked good on me overall I would 100% recommend this place to anybody who need to get their eyes checked and need to buy a new pair of glasses because not only do they know to to run a business but they also treat everyone with respect and also have a positive attitude and is also affordable not like other eye companies overall 10/10 experience I will make sure to go there anytime I need something for my glasses
