Had appointment 9 am today. Showed up they said there computer and phone been down for 3 days doctor wasn't in. Why wasn't I contacted by another location or corporate to change time. First time I went here years ago best service. This place is getting to big to control its staff no accountability. No apology when I walked in. This I's corporate America and this place in my mind is officially trash.

I had a good experience, they helped me try on glasses that best fit my face frame and pick out my glasses. It was such a fast experience, will definitely be back for my next appointment.

I ordered a few months supply of contact lenses from this location. They had the option of mailing them to me which is what I did. After about two months, one of the lenses that I opened was ripped (it was torn in the package, before I touched it). I called them up and the employee who answered the phone told me because I had them mailed to me there was nothing they could do. I did not tell at her or swear etc but I told her I was unhappy, I asked her why they couldn't give me a trial lens or something. Then she hung up on me. I called back and spoke with another employee who said they hung up on me because I was upset? Again, not yelling or being verbally abusive in any way. Absolutely ridiculous way to treat a customer and I will never go back here again!!

Went to purchase glasses, I had my script already in hand. Was told " you can't buy glasses today" I asked "why not?. "Because we are short handed. You can come back later next week" ( it was Saturday when i visited). Needless to say, I left, went to VISIONWORKS they had 2 on staff, they greeted me, told me it might be a few min. Made my purchase in 30 min. I will NEVER go to AB again. Rude, Rude, and told I can't buy glasses.....really?
