My experience was terrible! Avoid this place!

Its unfortunate this place has bad reviews because my husband I have now been here twice for our glasses and have had awesome service. We found a steal on Ray Ban's here and got them done in the time we were promised. Previous to this, we got our eyeglasses through Warby Parker and the quality of the lenses are soo much better at Dr. Scotts. Not to mention, the lady who also works there is the sweetest!

I ordered glasses and they came out wrong on the prescription - I couldn't see right with them. I was told they were sending them back and would redo the lenses. I waited a total of 3 months, then finally went in there. One of the employees looked around and then told me that they had been sitting there, in a bin, for the whole 3 months, and had never been sent back! I will NEVER do business there again!

Gulia YOU are insane!!!!!!!!!! I was the one who took my glasses in during all this ruckus that YOU cause and for your info I sat on my frame! They rewarded me with a new one. BTW I over heard That YOUR 7 YEAR old Oakley's were NOT safe for Lorraine to put the lenses in!!!!!!!!! SHE is any amazing lady. Gulia was OFFERED a PAIR OF ARMANI frames for FREEE and denied them!!!! SO GULIA GET A LIFE YOUR OAKLEY'S WERE NOT 400 more like 150 when you purchased them! EVERYONE dr.Scott's is amazing!!!
