Ive booked multiple appointments and attempted several times to ensure I could get in and get a screw taken out of my tire under the warranty purchased when I got my tires. Ive attempted at multiple locations but today, I specifically called and asked if there would be a possibility to get it done quickly so I could head up to the mountains. I wouldve taken a different route, and truthfully at this point Id have planned to plug it myself, while I had my air compressor handy. Plugging a tire, especially with the proper equipment is a very quick job. Every time I get to a store I am told that the best they can offer (with my appointment) is end of day. Based on the service offered after purchase, and the issues I ran into during purchase, there wont be another purchase with Firestone.
