      • Jersey and her Nomads

        Nice place but needs repairs, the steps to my daughter's place are sketchy. Plenty of dog feces on the grass just near the stairs on the patchy grass. Trash and furniture is built up near an entrance.

        Havent missed a payment in over two years, and I just came home to a notice saying that, if I dont pay my rent by the 15th, Im getting kicked out (I paid for this month two days ago). So cool. What a way to treat your customers. Edit: I decided to change to a 4 star, because this is likely due to Greystar policies, out of the control of the staff who manage our complex. Overall, maintenance is always friendly and helpful. It can take some time for someone to come out for basic fixes, if they have a lot of requests at the time.
