I've lived here about six months, overall I'm happy I chose this place. The area is nice, I like that the reservoir is basically in the back yard. The grounds are kept nice, pool is open, nice bbq area. The office ladies and maintenance have been kind and helpful. My apartment was nicely updated basically perfect when I moved in. The buildings are little bit older, could use some upgrades here and there but they're spread out nicely lots of room to walk dogs. Overall nice quiet little community.

I just had to take a moment to leave this review for Willy, the maintenance supervisor at Lakeview Heights. I just now left the property. The leasing office wasnt quite open but Willy noticed me drive in. He walked up to me and asked me if I needed any help. I told him I was interested in a one bedroom. He went into the leasing office and came back out with some information about a couple of options and talked a little about the community. He could not have been nicer. I havent even viewed the property yet but believe good people should be recognized for great customer service. I will be calling to schedule a tour. Dont know what the outcome will be but felt I needed to at least drop a note of thanks to Willy for his kindness!

Called and left them a vm about a month or so ago inquiring about availability and the vandalism in the community that has been bad lately and never heard from them. Not a good sign. Wont look here again.
