Liv lavender management is bogus as they come .heat hasnt worked in the entire 3 months I've lived here windows don't function water is rusted ..can't wait to get this into the media don't rent from them really just don't do it. the positive reviews are fake as heck. No one likes it here. And we have gas leaks I have it all recorded

Beware of the roaches!

Monthly roach treatments & tenants moving in and out a lot. Ive been here for almost 2 years. New management company (Pinnacle Real Estate) has been trying to get this property back up to a good standard. Managment company is great and easy to work with - the tenants are another thing. A lot of the families moved out with children and have been replaced with a younger crowd. Loud music at times and some fights have been heard. I also wish the smoking tenants cleaned up their butts in the courtyard. I think this place is a work in progress. It could be better but theres certainly worlds ones out there. As long as the Managment Co keeps up the good work of listening to tenants and responding well, it can get better. The roaches and monthly packing up and cleaning for treatments is the worst of it. Hopefully that gets taken care of as tenants are warned to prepare for treatments or prepare for lease termination.
