Actually the 5 stars are for Newcastle which managed the property for Lakewood Housing Authority before metrowest housing solutions..Maria and Helene were awesome

Cindy and Chris are amazing and good to the residence and make you feel right at home. Maplewood apartments please keep them on site more!

This complex needs to be torn down I live in a community near it and the there renters and there children think they have the right to use anyone pool at any complex they choose to and allows there childern to destroy other communities property I have never seen adults who think there childern are so entitled before I guess it come from being low income since the taxes payer pay there rent who need a full time job and take responsibility for there kids the government will do it for them the management here is just as entitled as they are the refuse to even educate or tell there renters anything even if we show them videos and photos they still do not do anything since the government doesnt have to pay to fix the surrounding property damage we as renters in the surrounding communities have to fix there renters damage Iam sure if the shoe was on the other foot they would care or would they the government and tax payers money will just fix the damage doesnt come out of there pocket
