Disgusting company!
These people are the most abusive people ever, they yell at you and scream at you they threaten to punish you and kick you out if you report them for doing shady things. If you are disabled expect to not be accommodated for, I have never felt so traumatized on a daily basis as a renter until this company took over all the affordable properties as the new management company under Kobel who are the property owners of the portfolio.
Expect to pay loads of fees when you leave. Ive had many people tell me they havent had heat or running water. Management all the way up to regional is very cold & truly dont give one rip about the tenants.
Very horrible people who scam and they dont take care of their properties and all they want is money and theyre just a bunch of corporate people who truly are all about the money and not about the people.
The only friendly & trustworthy staff are the maintenance staff. Unfortunately to get to them you have to go through management first to submit your work orders.
This company has no business managing affordable properties. They are running all of us out from what used to be nice properties when they were under previous management companies.

Immature lazy staff, dont ever ask them to do their jobs they will threaten you with eviction for trying to speak with them.

A month w/o heat or or hot water....
Shiela from office tells me things will break and I need to be understandable... extremely disorganized, shady and just does not care. In addition to so, it's 2023, Shiela using the term Mulatto is highly inappropriate. Alex, you are greatly appreciated.
