Frieda Riggs at 8z is a Rock Star! My wife and I have been through 8 home transactions (buying/selling) between us over the past 7 years. Frieda, hands down, has been the best experience working with a realtor we have ever had. She represented us for a purchase of a new home and helped us sell our previous home. She was always very responsive and attentive. Even in our stressful moments during the buying/selling process, her genuine care for our concerns was a constant we needed. Frieda is extremely detailed and thorough, gave us great council in different situations, and always expressed decisions were ours to never make us feel pressured yet still supported.

Jennifer and the 8z team was our agent for purchasing a rental condo in the West Washington Park neighborhood. Jennifer was very familiar with the market, the area, and the process. After purchasing the property, Jennifer and 8z were an asset and had great suggestions all the way through tenant move in. They all were friendly, their schedule was accommodating, and they were always responsive.

Justin Doan at 8Z was just what we were looking for! As a first time homebuyers in this wild Denver market, it is crucial that you find your perfect relator and he was that for us. He was so helpful from the showing days all the way until signing day. Justin came prepared every time he showed us houses and set it up so that our day transitioned smoothly from house to house. We told him houses we were interested in seeing and he also added in some of his own suggestions. Denver is such a sellers market that almost every house we looked at was off the market within days. Without Justin we would have been lost. He made everything so easy and worked his butt off to find us our dream home! When we finally did find that home, his work did not stop. Justin stayed up late that evening to write a contract that was perfect for us. He even dealt with a sellers realtor who was not accepting phone calls, so he persistently emailed the agent to ensure that our offer was not taken for granted. Justin was always available to answer our questions (and we had a lot!) and he explained everything to us in a way we could understand. Justin went above and beyond for us. We will never use anyone else! We highly recommend that if you are trying to buy a house in this crazy Denver market that you use him too! There is a perfect house out there for you too, let Justin help you find it!
