    If I could give them 0 stars I would.. I had a very bad experience with them and still do. The first time I called them it took them months to act on a health related issue. Even though they managed to resolve the problem it took them about 20 calls and every call I had to explain everything to them over and over again which it was very upsetting. They said the property manager but they never did. I made a request about the hoa they said sthe property manager will call. But here we are 5 days later and nothing. THEY DO EXPECT YOU TO PAY UP RIGHT AWAY!!!!

    I love Rowcal! It all starts as I drive into the development (Chatfield Bluffs) at night, after work, where I'm greeted by the ever flashing streetlights by the clubhouse. It's so incredible. Tt makes me want to stop, put on some disco music, and start dancing. As I proceed to my unit there is never a place for me, or a guest, to park. But that's ok. Rowcal lets you use the garages for storage instead of parking. That's really kind because that saves us money that we'd otherwise have to pay Public Storage. Thanks Rowcal, thanks for saving us money so we can afford the monthly HOA dues. More on that later. And I do use my garage as intended, for now, but I could use some storage space. Heading up the stairs we have paper HOA notices taped to the siding about work that was supposed to have been completed two weeks prior. The sight of a paper notice taped, with blue tape, to the siding is a great idea and it looks so professional. Bravo! When I get to my floor I have such a wonderful view. See picture below. It's so relaxing and refreshing that this lovely decoration is in a public space for all to enjoy. I've been trying to get it removed since July but now I'm starting the appreciate the aesthetic. I'm thinking about doing the same myself. Oh, and it's really great to get responses to my emails from Rowcal as well. So prompt. Sometimes they are kind enough to respect my time and not bother to respond at all. Now, rumor has it, they are going to raise our dues from $360 to $460/month. Seeing how they are so amazing, I'm all for it. I think the service they are providing is worth at least $1000/month! Good work Rowcal. You should all be so proud! Quick edit. I have "unpacked" to Rowcal and I am eagerly awaiting a response. New outdoor decoration photo added. Anyone need a mattress? I've heard nothing from RowCal after I "unpacked." However, there is cause for optimism with their January newsletter. The saga continues. A tepid update. The shoes rack is gone! As of January 1, we now have a full time HOA manager, Evert. So far so good. I'm certain he took care of the shoe issue. He responds to my now less frequent emails. Overall I'm fairly happy. He does a much better job than his useless predecessors. The lights have been fixed. No more disco.... They are cracking down on owners that rent out their units without approval. The monthly dues did go up to $460 and it's not ideal. Snow removal is terrible. Overall, I hope this place is heading in a positive direction but I remain skeptical.
