      image Rachel Harmon denied my wifes Reasonable Accommodation for her ESA after requesting additional documentation and verification other than the letter from her doctor. After moving to a new apartment community, our new management immediately approved her accommodation leading us to believe GR does not follow ethical practices for Reasonable Accommodations. Be weary of moving into their communities if you have any accommodations to be met that are for disabilities that are not visible.

      image They came on the day and time I requested and Spencer was extremely polite and professional. My issue was repaired immediately. Adam has also come unlock my apartment late in the evening when I was locked out. Awesome maintenance staff.
