Rented from them 3 years, they had to be reported to The city to fix AC, in Nebraska, leaking kitchen faucet 2 weeks to fix with me calling everyday! Got a 400 unot complex shutdown legacy crossing, sold Property and got out of Omaha area. Didnt return deposit or paper stating why just a huge p o c, company, you been warned people Stay far far away! Move Out and dont join. They will Go bankrupt eventually

Lived at one of their properties in Omaha, NE. As others have said, this company is run by thieves! When I moved out, they charged me over $600, even after taking all of my security deposit. When I tried to prove that some of the charges/damages were not my fault (even when I had pictures to prove it) they said they couldnt do anything about it because when I first signed my lease, there was a different apartment manager at the time who no longer worked there!Im sure I couldve taken them to court and got some of my money back, but I didnt want to deal with all of that and decided to just pay them the $600 they were robbing me of. Please dont rent from this companyeven if its cheap rent, they will rob you eventually.
