        After reading all of the negative reviews, I had to say something. I was nervous about the merger, but no problems. People are very friendly. I'm surprised the reviews said bad things about customer service.

        Some of the rudest and incompetent people I have ever dealt with !!! Funds taken out of a savings account that wasn't linked to anything and they can't explain why .

        Had no problems both before and after the merger. I do miss the convenience of the coin machine, but understand the reason this service was discontinued.
