        Robert and Batya were very helpful, fast and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this branch. Robert was able to fix the problem within 5 minutes that the other branch hadn't for over 2 months with multiple appointments.

        I showed up at the Franktown Wells Fargo on a Friday afternoon at literally 4:59 pm (they close at 5 pm) needing an urgent notary service done. Although a couple of the tellers/employees seemed frustrated, the manager "Tim" happily took me in & took care of what I needed while holding a great, friendly conversation with no concern about what time it was. I am absolutely impressed & would recommend! Thx!

        12.8.2022 Today was my 64th. birthday. I've been a Wells Fargo customer for 33+ years (personal & business accounts). I needed to have one document notarized. Manager + three employees. myself and one other older gentlemen in the branch. I explained to the teller what I needed, manager Dawn Blalock (also in teller area) said quite rudely "we are too busy now, come back next week". Told her it's only one document and I will wait for you to take care of this gentlemen. Nothing I said mattered to Ms. Blalock, she gave me a very angry look, continued doing whatever it was and ignored my requests for assistance. Unfortunately, this is not the first time the employees at this location have been rude. I brushed it off to someone having a bad day but when the manager does it (in front of the employees), kind of a different story. I am also going to inform corporate of the details. Have to wonder how many other people have experienced this type of poor customer service. Recommendation is to use a different branch or better yet - do business with a more customer friendly banking institution!
