        Actually I wouldn't even give this location and owner one star. At Christmastime I took in a "return" and actually made an appointment online so they could help me with the return. I needed a QR code but didn't know it at the time. I am a mature woman and they were very impatient with me in explaining what I needed. At the time they were no other customers in the line; however as an employee tried to explain a few customers did come in. The owner, after only a couple minutes, came over and told me to leave, he didn't need my business, didn't I know it was their busy time of year. I told him I'd made an appointment. He replied it didn't matter and I should leave and take my business elsewhere, he was the owner and I should leave. THIS PERSON DOES NOT DESERVE TO RUN A BUSINESS OR REPRESENT A COMPANY. He was rude, ugly and ABUSIVE in his manner and speech. I would recommend that NO ONE USE THIS BUSINESS FOR ANY REASON.

        a package was delivered to my address by mistake. i called to get this corrected they hung up on me. it took an hour to get someone on the phone to fix this. Will not use UPS in the future
