I have loved First National for years, but I am completely disappointed at their new hours and close times. Not even the driver thru is open past 530 Ent Credit Union is open until 6, AND has the ITM technology that gives after hours abilities

We've had a business account here for a few years that I'll be closing soon. As part of that we had a credit card with FNBO they shut down for lack of use. Dropped my credit score 67 points. I have excellent credit, zero debt and always a surplus of liquid funds in my accounts. This bank messed up my good credit simply because I didn't use their credit card. I would not bank here if they were the last bank on earth.

Don't pay down your cards. They will just lower your credit limit, so you are maxed again. Super shady

Shelley Rhoades and her team is the definition of narcissistic and crazy. You would be crazy to get a loan with her and her team. They put you through pure heil. I have never experienced such unprofessional behavior and controlling tendencies. She will say she is just doing her job after her 12- 20 paragraph emails/ texts. After her team harasses your closing officer your insurance person and threatens you with up thousand emails and makes sure to send everyone that is the process of your home ten thousand emails on top of not simplifying her answers. On top of harassment and unprofessionalism at its finest. I think ALL these ppl need to learn communication, loyalty, professionalism, and simplifying their answers. If you want to go through pure heil. Be my guest. Also compinging gets you nooo where. Ryan the vice at oak does nothing what so ever. Shellie is an angel and she does no wrong!!! Ha ha u less you want to go through HEIL

Had fraudulent charges on my account. I called fnbo and reported it. I also called the company that the charges were made to and they were very helpful and they canceled the order. FNBO would not return the money to my account. It was not the company it was fnbo. I'm making a very large deposit after the 1st of the year [2.2 million] and fnbo are not going to see 1 cent.
