Atm is empty. If they can't manage that basic necessity, how are they with your money!? Don't risk it. Sidenote: I gave it 24 hrs because I WONT leave negative reviews and i was gonna delete. I'm an empath, BUT, after reading the other reviews, I feel it is a necessity for you to try and get your institution back on track. That is, if it was EVER on track. Im just glad i dont have to deal with your rude employees. Yikes....that too?? I don't bank here, but my bank stinks too because they don't have convenient atms anymore, basically, and send you to ANOTHER bank to use THEIR atm!!?! Lol HENCE THIS REVIEW. I hope the future sees you prosper. I don't think the other reviewers share my sentiment though.

We run multiple business here in Fort Collins and we have been a customer of what is now Independent finical for more than a decade. We work with a couple different branch locations around town all of whom are polite helpful and considerate of the business we do with the bank and the way our accounts are managed. The mulberry location however, seems to go out of their way to ensure we move what business we still do with Independent to other banks around town. They are unwilling to help cash employee checks, they are exceptionally rude to employees who come to the branch to conduct business on our behalf. Today we asked to speak with an account manager to assist with a deposit problem, and we were told there is no one like that here that can help. This was most certainly a lie, and what was meant to be said was no one is willing to help in this location. This was ultimately resolved by visiting another branch across town where I was greeted by name by more than one teller and two officers. That branch manager apologized for the trouble and immediately resolved our problem. I can not say enough about my repeated displeasure with the Mulberry location and their staff.

This 9am-5pm schedule sucks. If I ever find a bank that's got hours working with my work schedule I will.
