This has been the worst experience Ive ever had at a Wells Fargo. Ive been a customer since 2007 and Im looking into different banks now due to the incompetence and lack of service we received. I had a meeting with a Personal Banker to setup a Business account and she significantly misinformed us during the whole process. Additionally, the front manager would not notarize a document for us. Horrible customer service and I will never be back.

As a trucker, i visit many cities and must visit different banks as i travel. At this location i needed to withdrawl 2000$ from my account. The banker and bank manager were both given sufficient documentation to prove this was my account, however continued to question my identity. I was made to feel as if i was attempting to steal money from another persons account. Subsequent to further questioning, i became aggrivated and told them to stop and to remove the money from my account. I did not appreciate the service at this bank.
