The Flats at Inverness

I been here for years, from amli to Holland. I recently had some issues with my downstairs neighbors being loud at night but I spoke with Evie Rhodes the assistant property manager and she was able to contact them and handle this issue for me. Ever since then the disturbance has diminished. Shes always willing to listen and make sure to correct any concerns I may have!

Came to visit with a friend and wanted to go down to the clubhouse to use the pool table. Lights were off, clubhouse is apparently locked up when the office closes. Who pays for amenities that are unusable after work? Between that and the hospital looking hallways, this place has creepy vibes. Remember silent hill?

Absolutely love living here! Almost a year now and the staff that run the apartments are incredible and really take care of you. The pool is amazing and so luxurious in the summer! (: couldn't ask for a better community.

This is some of the best space for the price. I love my unit, and am planning to live here for quite some time. The location is near so much, the amenities are great, and the pool has a unique shape that makes it great for multiple groups to share while still having a good amount of privacy. There's a small bar and grill, pizza place, fine dining, a wine shop, and other services like a hair cutting salon and doctors/dentists all within a 2 minute walk. You'll likely see a number of recent negative reviews since the new management group took over, and some of those issues definitely still exist. I wish communication with the folks who have the power to make decisions was better and that the owners would stop making such large sweeping unnecessary changes without consulting residents. Going to the local management about these changes is ultimately pointless, as they don't have any sway over our out of state owners. This is a great place to live, and I wouldn't let the recent reviews deter you too much. It's safe, convenient, and quite luxurious for the price, but the owners are definitely the biggest downside

Recently moved into the flats and I'll start off by saying the property is going through some significant upgrades from the new painted hallways and the new brighter lights throughout the complex. Enclosing of the parking garage!! Love the unit and location so close to everything! The office/maintenance team all nice people and have all good experiences with the entire staff. So far so good!
