    I moved in here in October 2023. Horrible, DO NOT MOVE HERE. 1. The mail room needs to be more organized. I always have problems with my packages. Sometimes, when my packages get delivered, the Amazon people will occasionally give the package to the receptionist in the front office, and they will lose your package and blame it on the residents. One time, they did this, and my husband went down there, and suddenly, they found the package they blamed us for. 2. EVERYTHING breaks here. The materials of this apartment are cheap. I am calling the maintenance guy every week. 3. Dog poop everywhere. 4. You pay for the trash people to come and pick up your trash, and they NEVER do. You ask the front, and they tell you to call the 3rd party company that the apartment hired and still charge you a monthly fee when they never come or sometimes miss our trash when it's been out the door hours before their time to pick up. 5. Management needs to take more accountability for their actions, blame everyone but themselves, and have no solutions. Zach needs to pay more attention. He is either on his phone or has headphones in. 6. The internet is trash. I work from home so the internet is essential for my work. Its always has issues or its down. I pay more to purchase internet for a day so they can fix than I do in a month. Hidden fees as well. I don't understand that these are barely newly built apartments and already this bad. I will make sure never to refer anyone to this place. At this rate if they don't change this right away, this place will not be the place they hoped for in the future. and i contacted the leasing office. They don't help. They will reply on here that they will but they won't.

    I appreciate the management staff at Sequel being supportive of my decision to cancel my application and not continue with the lease due to financial reasons. I received my holding deposit check in the mail two months after canceling which is exactly what they told me. So even though it's a bit of a wait they communicate everything and follow through. The units are super nice and having supportive and trustworthy management is a great sign so I still recommend this place even though I wasn't able to reside there.

    I just went to look up availability of units in this complex to refer a friend and decided to read the reviews... which has now prompted my review about living here at Sequel. I hate to see the negative reviews from people but realize negative people will just see the negative in everything. Bummer for them. I have lived here for almost a full year and don't see myself moving anytime soon. My apartment is amazing, most beautiful apartment I have ever lived in. I have never had any major issues and any small issue I have had, Dean has fixed them with zero trouble and no questions asked. Zach in the leasing office is beyond personable, approachable, so knowledgeable, and has been nothing less than helpful with anything I have needed assistance with. Sharon is great, Trevor is great, honestly the whole staff has been so wonderful in my opinion. I feel safe living here, I have never had any sort of issue with my neighbors, with the amenities (10/10 by the way), honestly its a great complex. The gym is amazing, beautiful pool area, great hot tub, working space in the clubhouse, literally everything is so nice and is kept VERY clean which I love. The only issue I had a few months back was package delivery with Amazon but once I added special instructions on there about where the mail room was, etc. I have yet to have another issue! Anywhoooo, I would definitely recommend Sequel and think the complex and staff are incredible! Thanks for reading my essay :)
