This place is so awesome. Its clean, with air purifiers through out. Very serene, no mirrors, double mats & cork floors. The instructors really pay attention to each persons individual needs, never encouraging us to prolong a pose that is too stressful. It is so relaxing that I have found my sleep is improved as well as my balance.

This practice is magic & this studio feels like home. The whole studio is made of windows so you get to bask in natural light as you practice. The teachers are kind & so knowledgeable. They really believe in the healing benefits of this incredible method & after a few classes, so do I! I love how it is accessible for everyone, while still feeling totally tailored to my individual body. I'm a CrossFitter & Kaiut provides the perfect balance to allow me to sustain my training.

A wonderful studio with great teachers. If youve never tried a Kaiut practice, I highly recommend this studio as a great way to discover the amazing power of the style.

Beautiful studio and wonderful practice. J-M is able to teach a class approachable and powerful for all skill levels. I feel so much better throughout my body after everytime I practice. Thank you!
