I've use this location several times and the ownership and staff are great, very friendly, very flexible and understanding. Shout out to Melvin for helping me with a stressful deadline on returning a truck after a stressful move.

The truck assigned to me had a battery that didn't work. When I requested a new truck, I was given one that was just dropped off seconds after I arrived at the U-Haul Rental site. The staff rushed to process the truck and left it dirty. When I asked for a new contract reflecting the new vehicle, I was scolded and told that I didn't need the new contract. After about an hour of discussing I gave up and left with the dirty truck. What can be improved here is: 1) checking trucks work before renting out to a customer (including battery life), 2) Be prepared with back-up trucks in case of last-minute changes, 3) do not argue with the customer and act as though it's their fault that the truck issues arose.

I've been to this location twice to rent U-Hauls and have had an awesome experience each time. Mel who was working there both times was friendly, efficient, and overall just fantastic. I'll definitely use this location anytime I need a uhaul in the Denver area

Just finished a rental at this location. Melvin helped me set up my reservation and provided EXCELLENT customer service. I highly recommend this U-Haul!
