        The business resides inside an antique store that closed before the time posted on the door making it impossible for me to meet with an associate to rent the truck I had reserved the night before. I called the number posted on the door and an associate named Rich told me that because the antique store was closed I would not be able to rent the dolly I had reserved the night before. So he sent me to another location just to get the dolly. Over all, an upsetting first-time experience renting from uhaul.
