If you are an owner operator or small fleet avoid this location at all costs dont rent and dont drop truck for pm. They gave our truck to another company when we dropped it for pm with all equipment worth 1k including our eld and everything without a notice or call. And they dont know when they can return them back. If someone from Penske headquarters sees this save Denver.they have been headache to large fleet small fleet and everyone. Renting 10+ units from Penske long term and we get done like that!? Guess we will stop renting our business is not welcomed here.

What a disaster. Rented a truck several weeks ago for a 7am pickup. I was there at 7am. The first truck had some issue, so they couldn't rent it to me. After nearly an hour, they found a truck that would work for me, but was not what I rented. I take the truck and it stalls as I leave ing althe parking lot. Having already waited and hour, I decided to turn the truck back on. It started fine and I drove it. Unfortunately, the unit did not get over 40mph. I called them and they said they would figure something out. An. Hour later, having heard nothing, I call back and am told someone would call me. I gave up and drove it back. 30 minutes later, someone finally calls me back to get it towed. What an epic disaster of an experience. 3 hours of my time, wasted forklift rental and zero concern shown by any employee.
