        The in person service was so understanding and efficient! I felt safe to ask questions and receive help when the app crashed TWICE! Once when checking out and once when bringing the equipment back. It is the middle of a winter freeze and it is so unprofessional to just wait for a stalling app when I could be serviced by wonderful employees.
