I just happened to be in the store when a very suspicious individual wearing a mask came in and it was obvious he didn't have good intentions. The employee was very understandably nervous but treated him respectfully as I looked at her and winked to assure her I had her back. I was very ticked off at this guy and I looked at him and after a few more minutes I think he got the point and he walked out. Sage you were awesome under those circumstances

Very disappointed and displeaseded with the way I was treated. On 9/25/23 between 4-4:30, I decided to walk in and I try on a few of the glasses added on my shopping list. I was greeted initially but watched closely. There were 2 people in that day. One was putting in vacation time in and the other, the man, stood a few feet away from me just watching me. Not discussing sales, not promoting new products, just blank starting as if I was taking his time or as if I was going to steal merchandise. I continued to lo at glasses but decided not to purchase after I saw when a different customer came in and was treated completely opposite. He was greeted with a smile, conversation was made, and he was being shown around. I know I was going in after hitting the gym, perhaps didnt look my best, but I was distinctly treated different. Never again will I ever purchase from this company
