James is amazingly knowledgeable and helpful! I went in several times and he was helpful each time. Once I was ready to pull the trigger he remembered me and was quick to ring up my order. We have 2 Sunglass Hut locations at the outlet mall and I will always go to the store James works at (near Nike) because he knows his sunglasses!

My latest experience here was horrible! There was a young, tall Hispanic gentlemen who was unbelievably rude and belittling. He pretended to be knowledgeable, but failed to answer any of my questions. He treated my friend poorly as well. Please train your staff to be more pleasant and professional.

Dont get the extra insurance. Not worth it and so many rules to qualify to actually use it. They dont even carry my glasses anymore and I bought them just a few months ago.
