Even though it was a terrible idea to bring my 4yr old in here with me, the lady working that day was so personable and patient with my son regardless. She was kind and very helpful finding the right pair of sunglasses for my needs. I couldn't purchase anything that day but I wanted to give her a shout out for her above and beyond patience with my son and kind spirit. Bonus her store was very clean and she even brought in her own robot vacuum to keep it that way!

I was excited to buy a pair of sunglasses today, unfortunately I was unable to browse and purchase sunglasses due to very poor customer service. I arrived at the store to see a closed for cleaning sign. I could see the employee through the window on their phone. But decided to go walk around and come back in 30 minutes. Upon arriving back the employee was still on their phone, cleaning sign up and no ETA on the cleaning being finished. Which I should add was watching a roomba go in circles. Very frusterated to say the least. And I wish shopping in person wasnt such a tremendous let down. I was ready to spend $200 cash on new sunglasses today, but instead I was treated with disrespect.

Southwest plaza store. We went in to look at glasses & the sales employee didnt even look at us once or greet us. She just sat there on her phone the whole time. Did not purchase anything.

I was at the premium outlet today and it was 1145 in the morning. We wanted to look at the kids glasses and when we ask the worker behind the counter where the kids glasses at she ignore us and didn't even say a word just a glance and looked away. Really rude to be honest. All we wanted was glasses for the kids. If you didn't want to work stay home.
