Rude staff, only accepts ups boxes evne though every convention center ups/fedex accepts both. And hours are absurd. 10-4 is ridiculous. How are you supposed to ship anything out when lost shows end after 4

This location DOES NOT offer drop-off and ship. Just a heads up if this is your intention when visiting. I called to find this out before arriving and the guy on the phone confirmed this.
It would be nice if the store details on the Google listing noted this as well; the UPS website details for this location's services are also incorrect.
