The tall young gentleman with sandy blonde hair that works here is amazing! When I walked in there was a very difficult customer who had been there quite a while waiting for emails for his divorce/custody/disability issues. This man was awful, making sure every customer knew that whoever he was dealing with on the other end was bad, I mean this guy wouldn't shut up " I've been fighting off a seizure for the last 45 minutes" etc. The man was just nuts but the young man behind the counter was so patient and incredibly helpful to each and every customer including the nut job! My multiple issues were handled with courtesy and professionalism, this kid behind the counter deserves a promotion!

I have never had a bad experience at this ups store. They are very nice staff who will go out of their way to make your experience easy, smooth and enjoyable.

I left feeling embarrassed and frustrated. The guy that was working was making horribly rude comments in front of other customers about me failing geometry since I didn’t know how many hundreds of cubic inches my packages were, sighing loudly, and overall just making rude snarky comments to me and under his breath. I understand the store was busy and understaffed but this was really not cool

Excellent service. Most helpful even with a challenge coming from the company to whom I’m shipping. He handled the situation with brilliance and care. He even did a good job dealing with the anti-maskers that would come into the store and try to break the rules, he was kind to them, much more kind than I would’ve been. Go to the store and you won’t regret it.
