      image I really appreciate the way the team and especially Amber work with customers. When I had questions after dropping a package for shipment Amber was willing to talk me through my options and take time from her day to make sure everything was correct. Not easy to find that kind of friendly, professional service. Very refreshing.

      image Avoid at all costs. Parking lot is a nightmare and employees are super apathetic. When it rains/snows, half the parking lot is inundated with water and there is a guy running around yelling at people for trying to avoid it.

      image Such a scam. Do not go here unless you want to spend twice as much to send something UPS. They dont even sell a manila envelope. They make you buy a four dollar envelope to mail a piece of paper. They dont let you use corporate accounts. They try and package it for you For an obscene amount of money. The only valuable thing you can do here is bring in a completely ready package and they will give you the UPS price for it.
