    I would like to thank Correna Thompson for all of her help. She has gone above and beyond to take care of my needs. Not only does she care about any issue arising in the community but she makes sure to follow up consistently to correct any problems she can help with regarding our units, maintenance etc. Thank you Correna I appreciate you and your team. You have made the move in as comfortable as possible. You rock !! The area is not perfect but with people like her it makes it easy to call this place home.

    Just signed my lease with them and they're off to a great start. Misha is very responsive and you can tell she cares. My unit was immaculate when I moved into it the other day, thank you so much to the maintenance team.

    This leasing office team does not know how to do their job at the point I feel they have no intention of doing anything that would cost them even a bit more than what they are spending already even for a must things. Followings are my problems with them. Take a look and stay away from them. 1. Dumpster is not big enough and is often overloaded with scattered trash around it. Its feeding animal and homeless. It has to be replaced with a bigger one. The management told me they would not get a bigger one but would ask the collection to come more frequently which hasnt happened for a few month already. 2. Lack of regulation on parking lot is allowing or encouraging illegal parking. The management told me that its actively monitored by the towing company, but this is a lie or not true. There is no way the company can distinguish legal and illegal parking because none of the tenants cars are registered. Ive asked the leasing office for an activity log from the towing company but they never provided it. Instead I received short sentences through emails saying Weve talked to them and they said they are monitoring the lot. which does not prove anything. 3. Noise issue. Not just the disastrous noise coming from the helicopter to the hospital, but the noise from upstairs, parking lot behind the building is a nightmare. This building must have no insolation. The suggestion from the leasing office was to buy a white noise machine on my expense. 4. Poor management. Surprising none of the problems above were taken care for a few month at this point and it also wasnt shared with any other managers in the team. Also the vice president or the president of the management company Ive talked on the phone was very rude. I have been communicating with her through emails but it was not making any progress. I always just got an empty promise with vague timeline while they were charging me for the rent. And when I finally had a chance to talk to her on the phone, she hang up the phone saying I was aggressive with no consideration of who brought it up to that point by not doing their jobs for months. Clearly these people have no intention of doing their job with good ethic. They are just pushing their rights to the tenants without doing their responsibility tied to it. This is against a tenant/landlord relationship. According to the attorney and people in this industry Ive talked to, what they are doing is a negligence. And according to the low rating reviews, which I would say most of them are true, this is how they have been and also going to do their business. Again, stay away from them. This place only cares about maximizing or securing their profit without any additional expense even its a must things for their tenants.
