Drew at Sophisticated Properties reached out to me after seeing my property listed on craigslist and offered his leasing services. After calling to see if I would be interested in utilizing a property leasing/management agency, I was incredibly unimpressed with the phone call we had. Drew was unprofessional on the phone calling my initial listing photos "horrendous" and stating that elements of the property were very unappealing "unless the photos are optical illusions". While I admit the photos were not top notch, Drew's negative and degrading tone was a huge turnoff. Straightforward feedback is helpful, but being polite and likable is a must in the competitive Denver market and this is not what I would want out of an agent or company who would be representing my home. Additionally, their rate to post the home is one month's rent - which Drew assured me multiple times before telling me this price was "a one time tax deductible fee." Maybe this is competitive for the luxury home market, I felt it was steep. I'd look around at other options before utilizing Sophisticated Properties for your home management needs.
