Persy played a crucial role in my home search journey, guiding me through the process and at the same time giving me the autonomy to assess potential homes. Persy and her team were invaluable during our home search and ultimate purchase. As first time home buyers, we had lots of questions and were in need to sincere advise. Highly recommend! We were first time home buyers and Persy talked us through every step of the process. She communicated to us everything that was going on behind the scenes so we were in the loop. She made us feel comfortable. She was also real and let us know if she was seeing any red flags with various houses that we looked at. Her team is wonderful and we had a great experience!

We had the best experience with Persy. She's pro when it comes to knowing the different neighborhoods in Denver, as well as the suburbs. We were so thankful to have her expertise through the whole process but especially when it came to the negotiating some significant repairs that came up during the inspection and helping close the appraisal gap with the seller. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
