The Pilates Collective provides a fantastic setting for elevating both strength and overall well-being. The diverse range of class times is a definite plus! I really like the instructors, as they have found a good mix of unwavering support and encouragement, coupled with just the right amount of challenge in each class. I'm so grateful I found The Pilates Collective and could not recommend a better place to strengthen your body.

I made an appointment for an intro session 2 weeks in advance. Confirmed it with my CC number and showed up 10 mins before the 9am start. When I walked in I was a bit taken aback that the person at the desk was scrolling through their phone and eating a granola bar and appeared visibly annoyed that I was interrupting that. I stood there expectantly given it was my first time, and I thought there might be some instruction about where to go or what to do. I offered that I had a 9am appointment, in the event that triggered her to look at a schedule and realize I was new, and she didn't break from looking at her phone and simply said "Alex isn't here yet, you can wait over there." I put my stuff away and took my shoes off, and sat down, and then a few minutes goes by and she asks "What is your name?" Then she asks, "Did you talk to Alex directly about this because you aren't on her schedule?" No... I scheduled the session through the business and didn't think there was an additional action on my end to confirm that the instructor would show up... She then said that the instructor emailed me last night to reschedule... definitely false, as the last communication I had from them was the reminder email that the session was at 9am and to confirm (which I did). I would also assume that a phone call would be warranted if cancelling within less than 16hrs since they expect that of their customers. The person at the desk reluctantly offered to reschedule and I said that's alright, clearly it's not a place I would feel positive about returning to. I'm a bit baffled by the positive reviews given my experience as a first time visitor being so bad.

Absolutely horrible experience! And on top of the horrible experience I had here, my car was vandalized in the parking lot while I was inside! If I could give a lower star rating I would! Stay away!
