Dane is a great listener and effectively and efficiently evaluates the problem statement. He is able to synthesize information and provide a recommendation for the unique situation. Dane was able to reduce my loan by several basis points and save me nearly 10% on my monthly bill for a very high ROI. Dane is efficient in how he handles documents and process, he is swift in his communications, he is responsive, and I am looking forward to working with him again. Dane was a perfect Mortgage Loan Officer throughout the entire process. As a first-time home buyer, I really was not sure what I could afford or how the home-buying process worked. Dane walked me through step-by-step and helped me understand all the ins and outs of buying a home. He was available every day for various questions I had, and probably priced out over 50 different scenarios for me throughout my 7 month home buying process. My purchase ended up taking me into May which even during the Covid-19 Pandemic, Dane was always a phone call away and happy to help at a moments notice. He always looks out for his clients and is a tremendous asset when it comes to buying a home. I cant imagine going through this process without him. I would recommend Dane to anyone looking to purchase or refinance a home.
