Claudia Lopez was amazing and will not work with anyone else. She was professional, very fast to respond and completed our loan in record time. I like that every document I submit to universal lending was encrypted through a secured link.

Universal Lending has been great through this whole process. The online tools are user-friendly and very easy to navigate. I don't there is anything that UL could have done to make this better. My loan officer, John was excellent through the whole process. There’s nothing bad to say, 110% pure satisfaction

Laura Hebert is the best in the business. She is super knowledgeable and communicative. I would not work with anyone else. She takes a full look at your home and your finances and works alongside you to develop the best plan to meet your goal. Even the folks in underwriting are quick to respond and stay on top of getting you closing done on time. They never ask for anything they don't need. They are all willing to explain anything you have a question about.
