Martin was phenomenal. This was my second refinance of my mortgage with him. We did a cash out refinance last year and then refinanced again this year for an additional improvement in rates. Martin was professional, communicated very well and was easy to reach. He was very informative and patient with all my finance novice questions and explained the process well.
