horrible, horrible, horrible!!! this place sucks honestly. This place is so rude for absolutely no reason at all. They dont attend patients at all and if they do it would take more than 2 hours!! I have noticed that multiple times when the patients needed help the alarm went off for minutes, you could hear it for at least 10 minutes or so and workers passed by. This place is just so bad I never want to take my brother there ever again!!

My sister is currently at Kindred Hospital Denver. The very first day she arrived there we met Lori a wonderful, sweet, and kind respitory therapist. When my sister arrived she was struggling with a her tracheostomy from the hospital. Lori quicky noticed and went to get Dr. Yaeger and together they gave my sister a Bivona tracheostomy which made a huge difference for my sister. Lori is so compassionate and caring. She does a great job humanizing the patient and she always makes my sister smile with her kindness. Lori you are an angel from our mom's prayers. Please remember that. Thank you for being so wonderful and taking time to relate to your patients and their family. Thank you. GRACIAS.

There is very poor patient care, even if it were an emergency. They kicked the patients' relatives out of the hospital and threatened them if they didn't leave, which in these cases is the least that would be expected, since the only thing that both patients and relatives want is to accompany each other.

If youre even considering this place to put a family member or a loved one, Reconsider!!!! This place is horrible!!!! when walking in you can smell the smell of human waste !!! Is dark and dirty. They have no State of the art rooms . The rooms look like dungeons. As my Sister being a patient here I have seen and been told lots of things!!! Lets start by saying the staff is mediocre and only does their job when forced. While on a visit seeing my sister the whole place smelled like human waste, once inside her room . I was gagging off the smell of the trash can . I know if I can smell that my sister has to smell that and its definitely not healthy to ingest the smell of human waste, and Im sure its not pleasant . I asked the nurses station on the 3 rd floor more than 3 times during my visit for someone to come and dump the trash .. it took them over an hour, it was the worst thing I ever smelled . My sister is not taken care of properly or even up to standard of the hospital. Lets also talk about the food.. the food is definitely a problem the portion of the food is that of a 2 year old . 3 fish sticks and a plate full of shredded carrots? Like what is that going to for a grown adult??
They never have snacks available for patients with diabetes or for patients period. They dont have ice for water . When the nurse came in to get my sister water she took a red solo cup into the bathroom and filled it with sink water !!!! I was so entirely shocked !!!! I have to supply my sister with cream and sugar for her coffee because they never have none I have to supply her with snacks and hygiene products because them things are obviously not available. Lets also talk about the fact that packages sent to patients are left at the front desk and not taken up to patients in a timely manner. Outside food is a treat so when I order food and have it delivered it should not sit downstairs for long periods. And than the food is cold when my sister gets it !!! The STAFF is Horrible and very lazy !!! They dont take care of the patients like they should . I contacted the CEO and was sent to a voicemail with no calls ever returned!!! They dont want to address the fact that the patients are being mistreated!!! Or the fact the patients are sitting in their own waste not given showers often.
THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE MORE LIKE A JAIL !!!! PLEASE DO NOT PUT YOUR LOVED ONES HERE !!!!

Kindred and st Luke's across the street killed my mother in law if you love your family members don't let them go to either place kindred neglected the hell out of my mother in law when my my wife and I got her out of there the staff of kindred would hover around the hospital st Luke's finished my mother in law off this place should have been shut down years ago
