You are a number here that profits Kaiser, not an actual human. Your video call or phone call with the doctor is the EXACT same price as if you were to go into their facility. My prescription here is 300% more than any other pharmacy. You always are forwarded to multiple departments to get answers and you WILL sit on hold for HOURS sometimes just to talk to someone. I sat on hold for 2 hours waiting for someone to take an 'elevated complaint' and they still didn't answer.

Understand Kaiser Permanente is a marginal to terrible nonprofit healthcare organization whose services have been deteriorating (closing clinics-reducing services) for the last ten years (before the pandemic). Their move to digit online health care is a failure due to a chronic dysfunction website that does not work. Kaiser promotes an online wellness campaign that is hypocritical, token in effect, and missing in action. You will find yourself drift and lost in a gob of mismanagement, noncommunication, and confusion due to their failing internet presence and non-problem-solving telephone operations.
Understand Kaisers nonprofit health care stinks. Better health care options are available elsewhere. Avoid Kaiser or jeopardize your physical health care and personal well-being.

No one cares... Do not sign up with them....
Kaiser never tells you that it takes weeks, weeks to get an appointment with any, any of their specialist doctors.
I had server pain, every minute of the day, for weeks. My doctor referred me to a specialist, marketed urgent.
Even though I was in server pain, the specialist couldnt see me for 3 months. 3 months, 90 days, 2,160 hours, 129,600 mins., living with the pain.
I lost my job, my relationship and 20 pounds.
They didnt care...
After 3 months of waiting, all i got was a 15 min. call for the doctor
I ended up going to a real doctor outside of Kaiser. Got an appointment in 3 days and paid for my treatment out of pocket.
Kaiser, is a joke, they do not have the staff or the care needed in if you really need it...
I called every specialist department to see their wait time for an appointment.
The fastest appointment was 2 weeks, most 1-3 months.
If you need medical treatment dont sign up with Kaiser...
There is no one there that cares....
