        I was very impressed with what these guys had to offer but I used them twice and have had nothing but problems. They told me for over a month that they could not bill me due to UPS not correcting a billing issue - lets just say UPS had a different story. UPS just confirmed for me that they barely requested the correction yesterday, and that it only takes 3 days to correct. It is outrageous that they would let a customer wait like that for no reason. They also are slow to respond for quote requests and the last one I received was not even what I asked for. Their sales person was very polite but passes you off to office right away and they are not quite as polite.
