Shady!! I went in to upgrade my phone and received (what seemed to be) great service from Asia. I paid taxes and other associate fees (over $250) and agreed to a $35/month increase I was sold for a phone upgrade. I record everything and have this on video and in paper. To my surprise a month later my first bill goes up by $100!! Well over the $35 increase we discussed. I call the store and it was an absolutely nightmare. I first call the store on a Monday and speak with Zack. He tells me no managers are working so he takes down my name and number and tells me someone will call me first thing Tuesday, that never happened. On Wednesday morning I call and speak to Jesus. Im again told theres no manager and he again takes down my name and number. The next afternoon after yet again not receiving a call I call back and speak with Angel. He AGAIN tells me no manager is in but while on the phone live chats the manager, Maritza. She says to have me call Asias new store and deal with her. I say no, first its her store who messed up and she needs to take responsibly, secondly its not the customers problem to chase down employees and fix their mistakes. She tells Angel via chat that she will call back the next day. Next day comes and goes and of course, no call. So I finally decide to just call a different store and I speak with Ramone. He listens to my issue and says he will call back. Within 15 minutes he calls back. He refunded the difference, gave me a credit, and fixed the pricing going forward. Awesome, thank you Ramone! Maritza you should be ashamed of yourself for your trash performance and making a 15 year customer solver your teams mistake!

The staff has always been nice, but please figure out your guys waiting system! Have a number drawing system, or something else! Youre in a mall for gods sake! Ive come in here twice this week only to wait 2 hours both times on a simple 2 minute question, both times being skipped multiple times by people who came in after me.

Waited in line with no acknowledgment! Helped guest that walked in after. Either get more employees or respect the people that have been waiting in line for 30 minutes!
