        I went to this location to purchase a new phone. I have been a T-Mobile customer for more than 3 years now. I wanted to buy a new iPhone without getting a plan change my number and pay for my services for another month. But I guess the guy helping me was not interested in helping me. He handed me a tablet to order the phone myself since he didn't have the phone in stock. If I wanted to place a order on my own I would have done that at home. My credit card was flag as a fraud and because the guy working with me didn't have any interest in really helping me purchase a phone I tried inputting my info into his tablet for a second time. And I must have done something wrong because I still couldn't order my phone. I went home got on line and will be getting the phone I wanted and it is thru a new phone company. So T-Mobile not only lost the sale of a new iPhone but they have also now lost a good customer of more than 3 years. Maybe this location should work on customer service ski

        Staff was polite and able to answer our questions. We wanted to split our billing setup and keep our numbers. We had to go home and do everything by phone which is a T-Mobile problem not staff. I found it irritating that there was no way to hadle it face to face. In general I like T-Mobile but the lack of personal service these days is diappointing.

        Pablo was awesome. Helped me upgrade my phone and switch to a new plan that benefits me. Super nice and knowledgeable. 10/10 recommend this location and the crew that was working tonight. They were awesome!

        I payed my iPhone 12 off and gave it to them and got the I phone 14 pro max and paid it off and took it home with me and A worker named Jahlani Johnson took my I phone 12 that I payed off and turned it back on and had been charging me to use it for his own personal use
