0 Stars if it had the option. Went over today wanting to open a savings account. Old lady said i needed an appointment even though it wasnt packed and there was people not doing anything. So i called to make an appointment but they couldnt do it until next week. Asked for her to break a $100 into $20s she said she couldnt because i wasnt a member yet on wells fargo. Bad place to go to and especially bad customer service.

I don't typically leave poor reviews, but this place has gone downhill. Before COVID it was awesome, but now it takes so long for even the simplest of transactions. I've tried to go back to give them a far shot, but unfortunately it just seems like this location is understaffed and overworked. Been a WF customer for years, but now I try to avoid going here. Bummer.

Although they can't do anything about not having enough staffing they CAN still offer the best customer service. Each time I've been in this particular location, I've both experienced GREAT service, and witnessed it. People can be so rude and entitled but the way in which the staff compose themselves and remain excellent is beyond me. As a Woman/Minority owned business owner, I want to personally recognize the level of professionalism of Jessica Lopez.
