Bob Rundo Tree Surgeon

I have used Bob Rundo Tree Surgeon for 25 years to fertilize my trees, spray against a pine beetle infestation, and to prune my trees. Most recently, I used them for extensive tree trimming. I am writing this review to commend two deserving employees, Zac Burke and Jacob Gill. Before meeting Zac and Jacob, I was apprehensive that two careless workers would come, indiscriminately hack at my trees to trim them, and then leave a mess. I could not have been more wrong! Before doing any work, they took time to discuss the trimming work to be donewhich I really appreciated!! Both men were articulate and spoke Englishwhich I also appreciated! Zac and Jacob worked safely and carefully. They were careful in how they brought down branches. They were careful not to damage my nearby fence. They tiptoed around seven perennial flowers that were planted near the base of the tree. Not one plant was damaged. Zac and Jacob went above and beyond to get dead branches cleared out of my trees. They truly went the extra mile!! They noticed two diseased branches that I had not seen. One branch was so compromised that there was a twenty-inch gash where light showed through it. I was relieved that they spotted it and took it down. I was also impressed by their teamwork. They helped each other every step of the process. They had positive, cheerful attitudes and I never heard bad language or complaining. They were a great team!! At the end, I was also grateful how thoroughly they cleaned up the branches and debris. My yard looked tidy and the street area where they chipped the wood was swept clean. I cannot say enough good things about Zac and Jacob!! This company can be very proud of them!! They are a terrific asset and wonderful workers.

The 2 guys were kind professional and fast. They did all i asked and they borh smiled the whole time...this company has been around for a very long time and my family has always used their services and always will!!

We agreed upon an estimate over a year ago and they never came out. We scheduled twice and they kept moving it back (due to the weather knocking down trees all over the city). Totally understandable. But I have called and called and no one answers and they refuse to come out. Disappointing because I really liked them and hoped to use them but its not looking like that will happen.

Great experience overall. Asked them to trim two large Elm trees and remove one dying elm. There were significant delays due to weather and a busy season - but being busy is a good thing and they attract a lot of business. These guys are the best. Little messy on the jobsite but they do excellent work! Services: Tree stump grinding, Tree stump removal, Tree trimming & pruning, Tree removal

Albert came out for an evaluation of our tree. Super knowledgeable. Shared a lot of info, will be back next week to spray the trees.
