Do not hire this company unless you want them to disappear halfway through a job. One of the most dishonest contractors Ive ever worked with. Originally I hired them to trim trees in both front & back of my house. Back was fine, but when they went to do the front they badly damaged the concrete on my driveway. At first they committed to fixing it, at a slight increase to my cost. I agreed to this. This was in October (its late March) and I still havent heard back, after the manager John said it would be done by the following week. I have documented the updated agreement, emails with unfulfilled promises, ring doorbell footage of the incident, and many calls to the office. My attorney will be in touch next. Thanks

I want to send a special thanks to the employees at Gilbert's tree service. I was looking for a stump for the backyard and the receptionist went out of her way too see that I was taken care of. I did receive the stump I requested and perfect size and diameter. Thank you again Gilbert Tree Service!!!
