      image I had a very large cottonwood tree that sadly had to be removed. It was a big job and Hortus did a fantastic job. Their crew is very experienced.
      Towards the end when the roots needed to be removed, we had a communication breakdown.
      Instead of allowing a middle man go back and forth, the owner got on the phone and handled the situation with professionalism and swiftness to my complete satisfaction.
      Thank you Hortus for a job well done!
