        Staff was professional and prompt in getting my vehicle in for a tire patch. The time I was given for job completion, due to lack of technicians, the fact that I was a walk-in appointment, and the number of existing appointments being significant, was 3 hours. The technicians available worked hard to get my vehicle in as soon as they could. The work was complete within an hour. This was outstanding. The technicians at this Firestone are committed.

        Overpriced for most things. Was supposed to have a free oil change and they didn't even verify until after they did it and I was forced to pay more than I normally do for an oil change. They also didn't even latch my hood all the way and it nearly flew open on the highway. In addition, they rotated my tires without asking when I just had them put on yesterday. I don't recommend this place to anyone. I got the lifetime alignment and wished I hadn't because I don't want to come back again. I also have handicap plates and parked in a handicap spot but they put me on a steep hill with lots of traffic that made it difficult for me and my service dog to get in. No common sense with the technicians here.

        Tho I almost never recommend any places of service to others, that/my recent experience in Firestone at Stetson Hills was SO terrific that I'd, ABSOLUTELY, recommend them!
