        Every tech and the manager was so rude and condescending. Not an ounce of customer service there. PLUS my laptop came back even more broken than before, and they had nothing to say, and no solution. This location SUCKS

        Be careful thier good with your insurance claims but with computers they might rip you off. I took my laptop there because it game me an error code turns out there was nothing wrong with it. All they did was plug it in and turn it on and since there was nothing wrong they charged me 65 dollars for what took them maybe 5 minutes to figure out. I understand they checked it in and made sure it worked but they should have at least discounted the bill because they didn't do anything but nope they said 65 dollars period whether they do anything or not they are rip off artist for sure

        Awesome service. Fixed ipad which a piece of the charger had broken off in the port and put new screens on iphones. Would definitely recommend and use again
